Living a life of purpose and enrichment. That’s what we really hope to give Shepherd’s Center participants. To help make this possible we provide programs designed to keep both the mind and body active. The result? Adults who thrive and are connected to their community.

For older adults, it’s so important to exercise the body as well as the mind. That’s why Adventures in Learning offers challenging classes, exercise programs and stimulating discussions. It’s an opportunity for adults 55 and over to share their knowledge, talents, skills and interests with peers. After all, personal growth is a lifelong adventure…in learning.
