Beginning in the early 1400s in Florence, Italy, the European world experienced a great flowering of art and intellectual pursuits. Aided by new technical knowledge artists achieved great heights in painting and sculpture. Attend as many lectures as you like. Series will include:

  • May 29 – Botticelli
  • June 5 – Michelangelo
  • June 12 – A selection of women artists of the period
