Who will be involved and how to include them in the conversation; being a compassionate presence; honoring the elderly person’s life gifts; support in making the move to another “home.”

Topics: approaching end-of-life issues with sensitivity; comforting ways to remove the fear of death; Missouri Five Wishes; palliative and hospice care; how to include family members in the sacred journey.
